As an apple user im always surprised about dex. So cool feature. First time in my life im thinking to go with samsung. And buying a Fold 6. I mean then you have a phone, tablet and „pc“ in one gadget thats amazing.

And if you just use your computer for writing some letters or checking websites, I think dex is enough.

I've often started a game throughout the day and finished playing it in DeX mode on a TV. Whenever I need to show something to more than one person, I use Dex on TV. It's an incredibly practical tool.

Hey Marc, first my brother it's great to see you still making videos. Second Apple disabled screen mirroring on certain Mac models (iPhone to Mac Mirroring) and that is just unfortunate. That being said Z fold 6 with Dex, do you think that is a good replacement for the iPhone and Mac combo?

Does anyone know whether you can send and receive texts while using dex mode? What happens if you receive a call?

I tried This by mistake by plugging it in to my cradle for my steam deck to charge it

It's just a tool. Like an edc knife. Just try not to look at it so much or turn your phone on power save mode. It's not the technology it's you.

For me hard to do any actual work with it with matlab, wireshark or lets say solidworks or any other 3d software. You basically need to connect it to remote desktop or something.. maybe one day.

I feel like dex people are the kind of people that could only afford a galaxy phone or a laptop, and then they went with the galaxy phone.
