🌸 Easter Desserts | Bake with me - Easter egg cheesecakes 🌸

Filmed a few reels before Hunter came along and I had so much fun making these! Got the inspo from @thelittleblogofvegan & made my own Malteser condensed milk easter egg cheesecake 🥰

Recipe:
🌸 Easter egg
🌸 Condensed milk
🌸 Cream cheese
🌸 Crushed maltesers

For the cheesecake topper:
🌸 Rich Tea biscuits
🌸 Butter
🌸 Malteser chocolate bunnies
🌸 Mini eggs
🌸 and any other decorations you’d like!

I used half a can of condensed milk, half a pack of cream cheese (you can use a full one if you want), and I crushed the Malteser balls inside the mixture and beat it together.

I poured it into the Easter egg, and created the topping. Rich tea biscuits crushed in the blender, and melted butter (roughly around 50g, depending on how much you’re making and how rough / smooth you like your topper!), mixed together. Poured on top + decorate & serve! 🌸
