This really is my most favourite inspirational video on this channel. While most or all of the other videos hold certain truths, this one connects with me on a different level, because it assumes we humans progress and become better versions of our past, and that's really something that I need to get reminded of from time to time. Fine idea and I agree. There is also the problem of how education and teachers has been cut and undervalued for decades. Investment in all children is needed not just elites.

I've taken courses in education, and really agree with this philosophy. I think we should be much more flexible and treat individuals as actual individuals. I'll try to get away with as much customization as I can when I teach.
