Looking good. Hope to do one myself at some point. I think the variable thing is to precisely adjust the frequency generated by the crystal

You've got some nice sockets on that board. The black and yellow was a good choice. Did you find the black board hard to solder?

I started on the 250407 a while back, this is a fun project. You did a great job on your board it looks really nice. I do have a question though. Where did you find the cartridge port and power switch? By the way there is an RF Modulator you can get off of ebay. It's black and gold made for this board. It's called Shuriken RF Modulator.
