#1 THING...3000+km TO A TANK OF GAS!. $60 of gas gets you about 600km city/hwy combined in a regular compact car, $60 of electricity gets me 3000+km, in warmer weather above 19C I go 4000km!!! (Canada gas and electricity rates comparison but similar in US). Use L for one pedal drive with regen and the paddle on the steering wheel for additional regen with the situation warrants it. I can drive for weeks without touching the brakes even once. No adaptive cruise control really sucks...but then again many others wouldn't miss it anyway. Over all the best car I've ever owned.

I can't fathom, how they STILL don't offer the adaptive cruise control. This was a deal breaker back in 2016, now it's just an embarrassment ...

at :37 ... but yes it does. Just holding the paddle is, yes just on/off regen, but you can vary the regen by modulating the gas pedal while holding the paddle. It takes some getting used to but very effective once you do.
Plus, at 1:11 the app also lets you precondition (heat or a/c) the car from miles away if you wish with ~10 sec delay only.

You can use the paddle and the one pedal drive at the same time for max regen. I have gotten close to 70kw on a slight down grade using both

Use the one pedal driving + regen padle. Letting go of the one pedal gives you 56 kw regen, used in combination with the paddle, you get 70 kw, i never use the brakes

I wish the bolt had a system like Nissan’s pro pilot assist or Tesla’s auto pilot. It would make the bolt the low end electric car to get right now. I miss my Nissan Leaf and can’t wait to go back to an electric car.

If GM wants to make improvements to the Bolt why not increase its range so it beats the Tesla Model 3 with over 300 mile range, then I would consider it. But I still don't trust GM management to allow it's engineers to produce a car which puts excellence in design and engineering over profits and low cost parts and design, just look at the suspension on the bolt compared to the Hyundai Kona.

How is unlocking the car with my phone any better than my 2016 Honda Accord where I don't have to take my key out of my pocket, I put my hand on the door handle, and it unlocks? Answer: It's not. Another example of overcomplicating things in order to show off that they CAN do something.

I like that GM is into electric cars. I hate it because they can do a better job. That thing is lacks so much when you compare it to Teslas.

Like Bolt EV's range.. dont like its exterior looks, side charging port, and its interior feels cramped compared to Nissan LEAF.
