Ace pilots will not be able to kill lead ballons due to them not having lead penetration. The have bombs that only deal 24 damage and Pursuits bombs do 30 (5 dmg x 6 bombs) damage in total. 1:00

pursuit is op now you can use it to solo hc it dose like 200+ dps with the missiles now its basically an accelrator but immune to stuns

bro I always thought Pursuit kills lead balloons because it shoots lasers, assuming from the effect pursuit makes everytime it shoots, its blue so that's why I thought its lasers but then 💀

Ace Pilot nor Pursuit could ever reliably take out lead balloons
TL:DR
Just use Ranger for lead balloons.

simply put it, Pursuits missiles either missed due to them either hitting the ground and the explosion radius being too low or cause the missiles were too slow and were outran by lead balloons.
and no. Ace Pilot wouldn’t have done better, they dont fire out as much missiles as pursuit and mostly miss lead balloons all of the time.
They are both heavily unreliable for this role, So just Use Ranger. It saves everyone a head-ache
