Dude thank you for the DI box advice. For a gig I have coming up they only have a speaker that supports both xlr and trs inputs but they're both mic-level and the only line-level input they have is rca and I was like really??? Solid option though you just helped me save a ton of time.

I my Mackie ProFX6v3 and my Scarlett 2i2.
I have a Yamaha MG06X too which I adore…its compact and the D-Pre amps are whisper quiet compared to the Onyx Preamps in the Mackie but for DJ’ing the gigFX engine is my favorite when I’m on the mic 🎤

Great Info!!!! just came across your site. I am looking for the best way to connect my rig correctly. For studio recording I am connecting my workstation directly to my interface inputs, my midi controller, workstation, and drum pad connected via USB to my computer. Interface line out to my speakers.
