Here's what I did: I consumed a balanced diet including items such as lentils, bread, green veggies, and brown rice. This assisted heal my body from within. I applied a face wash with the right pH level and had black rice water. I chose the Litleeextra riceberrry face wash, and it performed nice for my skin.
I formed it a habit to drink at least 2 liters of water every day.
