Ad Hoc Networks

In this first video for the BTEC DIT exam, I talk about what a network is, why they are used, but why traditional (non ad hoc) networks can be limited. Ad hoc networks are then defined, using personal hotspots as an example.

This video is primarily designed for the written exam (Component 3: Effective Digital Working Practices) for the Pearson Edexcel BTEC Level 1/2 Tech Award in Digital Information Technology. Video #1 for A1.
