Unit 02, Video 02 - Matplotlib Plotting and Visualization Library

Matplotlib is a base library that provides plotting and visualization methods for a lot of the Python scientific computing stack ecosystem. In this video we cover some of the basics of using the pyplot API interface of Matplotlib to build up a plot from basic components to a fully publishable figure. And we discuss some of the basic and most useful types of plots and issues of visualizing data for this class.
