Would love to see a breakdown of how this matches up against the highly promoted EMP Shield

Only guy on YouTube that actually understands the emp protection device.🤣

FYI
Thecspecvin the Siemens fs140 was only tested with the cable st 6 inches Siemens tech support told me when I asked. He explained that if any longer cable to the panel to shorten cable as much as possible. He slso said to twist the wires from the fs140 uniformly as muvh as possible before connecting to panel if I recall. I forgot exactly what he said butbif I recall, twisting the wires if using longer than 6 inches helped reduce the difference in the spec. I had the data somewhere after talking yltoma seasoned electrical engineer which showed me the Siemens spec was significantly worse in the specs if cable 36ninches versus 6 inches. Of course the Siemens manual doesn't discuss this but I sm positive via double checking with Siemens that the spec is for a 6vinch cable length only

Dr., would you please do more videos about EMF/RF meters, including distance testing for sensitivity, what levels of EMF/RF are dangerous, is 5G something we have to be concerned about, and ways to protect ourselves. I trust you, and there seems to be very little of this on YT and most of it is 2+ years old. Thanks.

Hi, Doc.

Please do a review of some RF blocking paints.

What are the high saturated ferrites? And where would you install it? 4:18

Dr. Bradley, I appreciate the work you do to help people become aware of the various problems and potential solutions with respect to EMPs. I have been hoping to obtain a Siemens FS-140 and have it installed by a licensed electrician. The electrician came over a couple of days ago to assess my situation. He said my breaker panel box doesn't have any place for an additional breaker that the FS-140 Type 2 SPD would typically need. He suggested possibly placing a Type 1 SPD outside at the electric meter, which happens to be no more than two feet from the inside panel. If we can't work out a way to put the FS-140 inside at the panel, and instead end up installing something at the meter, would you still recommend installing the high saturation ferrites in the panel box?

Thanks for a very informative video. I noted the FS140's specs and compared it to my Eaton CHSP2ULTRA. They seem about the same so it's good to know I chose wisely.

Thanks for all the info! My house already has a intermatic EG240RC installed when I bought it. What level of protection does this give us, and if not enough should we replace it or add to it?

Does the fspd140 also have audio warning?

What options are there to protect solar panels. Does each panel need to be protected? Thanks for the sharing your intel.

As a Civil Engineer, You can assume that my electrical engineering classes were my nemesis. So this type of stuff is not in my wheelhouse. You mentioned that u thought 10% of carrs would be shut down by an EMP. Does this indicate u don’t think the chips in modern cars will not all be damaged, or will a car still operate with a blown chip? Can we protect the chip in some way without trying to protect the rest of the car?

Just came over from the comment section of sensible prepper, where did you get that red pegboard wall?

I have underground service with over 100 feet of 3 individual buried cables. They are not in conduit and the ground or neutral is bare stranded wire. I expect this offer 'some' surge protection, but I don't know how much. Is that something you have tested?

would this work in the 240V UK on 50 hertz supply?

Still a mystery how 2 20 amp wires connected just like another appliance, can disconnect the whole house when a surge hits. Just shunting down a surge of long duration, like a primary on the pole hitting a secondary cannot be enough.

So I'm trying to EMP harden my home.

I've purchased the FS140. I'm almost finished EMP hardening my truck with the Defcon, Trap-B, and traps. I'm going to buy the high saturation ferrites for it soon. I have half my home, (an addition with its own subpanel) running from an EMP hardened Solark 12k, and unprotected ARK Lithium batteries, (spare bms available for them). My question is, do you believe the appliances in the home will be protected with regular ferrites on them, or would they also need high saturation ferrites or do you think those appliances are likely to fry? Half the home is not protected by the Solark.
