Herman Bavinck was a conservative Dutch theologian whose career spanned the late 19th and early 20th centuries. His erudition was vast and his interests and writings spanned theology, philosophy, education, psychology, and many other areas. His accessibility to the English speaking world was revolutionized in the early 2000s by the translation and publication of his magisterial "Reformed Dogmatics".

This lecture was originally given as an adult Sunday School class at Rincon Mountain Presbyterian Church by Benjamin C. Richards in Tucson, Arizona in 2010-2011 as part of a series entitled "Twelve Theologians Every Christian Should Know".

Thanks for sharing this! It was quite informative and helpful to hear. I'm not sure who Luke is usually for Sunday School, but Benjamin did a great job!
