Honestly, almost everything that changed with 1.2 had been immensely cool, plus the thing they're releasing on the 30th seems really good as well. The only change I disagreed with was the big toning down with TV contents, cuz it seems like TVs was just evolving so much with the Golden Week event, but it never got to reach full potential quite yet. They're not getting rid of it altogether though, so there's still hope.

for the average player - who can not pull every new char - the boss material change will only be useful short term or whenever a new boss is released and we have no chance to pre-farm the material. in all other cases - and like in other gacha games - you will have stockpiled enough of these materials at some point anyway.. so yeah nice short term help, but rather negligible in the long run imho

The 1.2 changes that I only hate is the performance issues, I'm having stutters or FPS drops when 1.2 came. ZZZ performs flawless on my device before 1.2 came, tried lowering some settings even the Global Illumination setting that are new nothing works. Hope devs will fix this

Sad to say that due to my weekly work schedule, my play time of this game has dwindled from playing for hours on end, every day, throughout the summer to playing on weekends if I'm not working, wiped out from working, socializing, or just being an adult. This change is big for me. I don't invest money into it (aside from the $25 I slammed on the daily login bonus and battle pass secondary rewards), so my account is a bit hollow. I pulled Ellen over the summer, so she's been my go to. Managed to pull Zhu Yuan as well, so my main teams are the core Ice team mentioned in the video, and an Ether team with Zhu, Nicole, and Anby. Skipped out on Qing Yi, and completely missed out on Jane Doe due to adulting and life (but I did manage to pull Seth). I gotta be sure to pull on the Caesar banner and Burnice in the future because I have NOTHING for a Fire team and I noticed a lot of endgame content demands Fire. At least for now, I can continue to rely on Ellen and FINALLY finish building her core skills! Haven't played the update yet, but this video got me super excited to play it!

Even now, I don't really feel a need to unlock the F passives and I've been clearing everything the game throws at me just fine LOL. The F passives just give the lowest increase compared to the other tiers, even Caesar's F increase is so minimal compared to the lower tiers, not to mention how expensive they are to unlock I might just as well build another unit LOL.

No Lyacon and no Koleda... Im definitely getting Burnice, but I've got no 3rd ice character. I wish they didnt start giving standard 5* banner dupes until you got them all first. 3 Soldier 11s is ridiculous.

You only really would use this feature if you are getting characters very often. So for f2p where you will maybe get a new character every 6 weeks, there will be enough materials from the free 3 weekly runs to max out everyone without spending any energy.

"9 weeks" it was actually only 3 weeks for one character bc a character needs 9 weekly boss mats to fully upgrade them and you were able to get 3 per week so 3 weeks in total. so it wasn't that bad especially bc it was free so it was already better than most other gachas where you have to wait just as long but have to spend battery or whatever it's called in the other games.. but now it's even more better in zzz 😂

i tried clearing the boss at level 65 but my only built team is nekomata, anby, and nicole. farming for caesar :( it feels like it takes so long to stun the boss
