The Israeli military announced early Saturday (Oct 26) that it was conducting "precise strikes" on military targets in Iran in response to what it called "the continuous attacks from the regime in Iran against Israel."

The region of West Asia has been on edge in anticipation of Israeli retaliation for a ballistic missile barrage carried out by Iran on October 1, in which around 200 ballistic missiles were fired at Israel, Iran's second direct attack on Israel in six months. Watch to know more.

Iran's missile attack on Israel and counter aerial attack of Israel tells us Iran's mistake relating to the above quote.
Israel has its own modern safety measures that prevents heavy damage and its aerial space is secured. But this is not the case for Iran that it failed to secure its aerial space, that proves Iran's vulnerability, its targets can be vulnerable.
Unless you can't secure your air space, you should not go for a war with an enemy who is more advanced than you.
This attack proves Iran's weakness so Iran should use its brain to assess its SWOT test.
