Re-wasd can be used for nefarious means. And some games dont allow macros but in general its not cheating.

There's no way I could aim as well with a left handed thumb stick as using a right handed mouse. Especially now that I have discovered the ergonomically vertical options for gaming. I would be interested in a much simpler left handed setup to accompany a mouse though. Something that doesn't need a thumbstick. I can't imagine that one handed gaming is more efficient than using two hands, but I can see this clearly has it's uses for some people..
