Change value on frame block damage [7 days to die] - [alpha 20] - [XML]

This doesn't change the frame block damage. It only changes the strength of the block. I am looking to change the block damage of things like rocket launchers, shotguns, etc - things that do block damage. If I changed the block HP like you did, it would make it crazy tough to change out a block using a tool instead of what I am looking for (lowering the unwanted damage to the frame blocks).
