Those are pageviews not sessions or clicks. Ahrefs / Semrush report an estimate of external traffic metrics (the equivalent of sessions / clicks) ... Not the sum total of that plus internal traffic that is page views.

I would advise to take a look at Google analytics sessions for a more proportional comparison

I have 10+ sites in ahrefs. The absolute traffic estimates are wildly wrong, but if it says I lost 50% organic traffic, I lost about 50% organic traffic.

You can also see GSC. Ahrefs and semrush are errors report...

I have exactly the same thing with #Ubersuggest . Wildly inaccurate traffic stats that bear absolutely no relation to reality. 😮

I know that Google may be a better source but somehow it doesn't show me traffic to my site for the blog posts while the counter on the website says that I am getting comfortable traffic from the blog! So that's when I get confused because Ahrefs is showing those keywords and traffic to those blogs that have hundreds of views

For the smallest kws I often see "n/a" in SEMrush which Google will show anything from 1-50 organic clicks per day. - So if you have lots of those they are surely counted as "0". I'm seeing about 30x discrepancy on smaller kws with SEMrush reported at 10-20.

So, it seems to be that the more small kws you have, the more "risk" there is that SEMrush etc will show highly skewed data.
