Manually assembling a 3D movie from a Fuji W3D Camera.
After splitting the 3D AVI on my Mac using Stereo Splicer, import the L and R files into Final Cut Pro X then lay one track on top of each other.
Scale both tracks by 50% in only the X axis. [Give it a vertical squeeze]
Position the right track 320px in the X coordinate[Moves it to right] The left track is positioned -320px in the x coordinate. [Moves it to left side] Trim both track if needed, but keep tracks in sync. Upload to Youtube.
I may have to get the Stereo 3D Toolbox plugin for FCP X.

I just updated the description in the video above with the link. It is really tricky to find on the web.

The website for downloading Stereo Splicer no longer works. (It's a web.me.com account which Apple doesn't support anymore) Does anyone know where you can get it now? Thanks!
