That’s 8 hours where Max won’t be sim racing. Max is going to be pissed!

I keep posting a question that I never get an answer to. Do F1 teams have to have a new car every year? It seems to me in the RB case that the RB-19 was a much better car all around.

No swearing. None. As much as I hate the FIA. This rule against swearing l agree with. I do not want to listen to a 23, 34, 25, 26, 30, 35, year old having a tantrum because his working equipment doesn’t work.

This is silly. I stopped watching F1 after 12 years due to their messed up policies not letting Andretti in. I'm in love with the technical side but refuse to give the rich snobs any more of my $$$.

It's unprofessional to swear at a new conference. Say that behind doors.

If they had a swear jar, how big do you think it would have to be?

Being offended by the occasional F* word is for over sensitive hypocrites. Apparently they have no issue with the human rights situation in many of the countries F1 races. Seems a more worthy cause to me.

No it should not. Stay off their channels if u dont wanna hear it.

FIA can't push this kind of punishment. In our country, community service is for breaking the law, not a tiny swear word that is found in all tv series, movies and tv programs.
I'm disgusted by the FIA.

Time for big brother to back off, if on a team radio language is used so be it. If FIA doesnt like it stop broadcasting team radio

Yeah have a swear jar. Max throws 5OK in and lets rip at the FIA

I have heard Fernando Alonso swear up a thunderstorm 😂

Everyone who speaks publicly represents F1, and shouldn't need to swear. At the heat of the moment over the radio I can understand a driver swearing, but should that be public - I don't think so.

Max was penalized for swearing at a press event. I'm fine with that. They can swear on the radio in the car, when they're talking to other crew members, or a mic gets shoved in their face seconds after climbing out of their car. But drivers really should have the decorum to not swear at a press event on a Thursday (iirc?).

Lmao don’t let the FIA see any of the team radios 😂

I love the swearing, it is normal and brings authenticity. I even dislike the beep censoring

No, the drivers should be able to express themselves freely. F1 isn't some Disney sport, let them crash out uncensored.

Swearing is a real thing. Pretending it doesn’t exist on television is ridiculous. People need to grow up. Guaranteed the “children” they are trying to shelter from it have heard and probably say worse at school.

Just delay the feed by 10secs, that sould give the producers plenty of time to 'bleep' the swearing. On the whole I don't want to hear gratuitous swearing, but I also don't want corporate robots speaking with no emotion or context.
Yes, a community order is more impactful than a fine.
