Surface Duo 2 Unboxing

Here is my unboxing and first look at the Microsoft Surface Duo 2.

i dont understand why youtubers are so obsessed with cameras, camera bumps and camera performance on devices, the Microsoft surface duo 2 really isnt the type of device where those looking to purchase it care whether or not it has a camera, its the type of device that doesnt need one in the first place. Think back to the days of Blackberry, it was a business comms device that was very good at what it was designed for and never focused on camera, neither did the reviewers!. I think we need to go back to this philosophy instead of trying to design phones/devices that attempts to serve all and go back to appreciating devices for what they were designed for.

At this price they should have bundled the surface buds 2 as well as the slim pen and the MS case. Sweet spot for the device should have been USD 1200

Microsoft, why not offer 2 models, 1 with an ugly pointless camera bump and the other without a camera bump, maybe a very small camera that would serve scanning documents instead.

Not looking at any reviews that compare the Duo 2 to iPhone 13 Galaxy ZFold 3 or any slab phone. It's like comparing apples to oranges.

I have the first duo and my aim haven't been back in my fold 3 since I had the duo....

I don't think a 3rd screen would help this phone other than adding a wasteful way to be lazy. The most important thing for it's success is having flawless software and competitive cameras. The market doesn't always decide one solution is for everyone, and Samsung's attempt has tons of flaws of its own.

surface duo line are like blackberry line. theyre mediocre to a good working device but nothing exceptional. blackberry charging over 600 and microsoft for 1400usd unacceptable😂
