Equity law if you have compelled performance there must be a contract somewhere, and you are being compelled to perform under the obligation of the contract this is a civil action and NOT a criminal action.

In Equity Jurisdiction you cannot be tried criminally but you can be compelled to perform as directed by the court. However a reminder that practice of being compelled in contempt is not criminal it's a civil action. But then if there is a contract or not still that has been breached by scrupulous politicians and bureaucrats etc that is criminal.

The simple fact is anyone is intelligent enough to know if they sign a contract they could be held liab..
It is willingness and knowing exactly what they are doing or not doing and especially in the case of psychologicallyl manipulating children that is pure abuse.

If you get jailed for contempt don't worry. All you have to do is comply with the COs and be nice to the other prisoners. Eventually they have to let you go. Someone will steal your personal property while you're there, but let's be honest with ourselves here. None of that nice stuff was intended for you in the first place.

Contempt should carry more weight. I would like to see newspaper reporters and handcuffs, public apologies a judge take a walk with the respondent to the courthouse atm and give it the ons that was not paid. day off, ha!
