Could just make a list of pretty much any Dan Snyder free agenr signing

The announcer calling him "Fat Albert Haynesworth" on a live broadcast tells you all you need to you about how that signing went.

You could honestly do a top 10 free agency fails from Dan Snyder's tenure alone

I am a DC area native. I knew that the team with the highest number of bad contracts would be The Redskins under Dan Snyder. I also knew that Albert Haynesworth would be #1 on the list.

Albert Haynesworth got that paycheck and stopped playing 😂

5:09 To defend Javon Walker, Walker was not the same person or player again after his teammate Darrent Williams was murdered and died in his arms back in 2007. That's hard for anyone to bounce back from

We all already knew Albert Haynesworth was going to be number 1

Fun fact: Javon Walker was the last first round wide receiver, the Packers ever selected in 2002 since then, they never drafted a first round wide receiver

Nick Foles & Carson Wentz will always be special in Philly because of Super Bowl season. But they were Injury Prone, Inconsistent, & never had that magic outside of Philadelphia.

That Kirk Cousins to Atlanta contract about to take a top 5 spot

The Old NFL Top 10 episode of the worst free agent signings had anyone going to Washington as the top selection.

That episode (which was filmed in 2010) had one of the most poorly aging statements in any episode of the series:

“I honestly think Dan Snyder’s heart is in a good place”. - Peter Schrager

This is a little off topic, but...

George Paton:

Hired a bottom five head coach in NFL history.
Agreed to a bottom five trade in NFL history.
Handed out a bottom five contract in NFL history.
Still has a job.

God I'd love to have that level of job security.

My dad and I were in a fantasy draft together in 2019, and he asked me to draft bc he would miss due to work. For his first round pick, I chose Le’Veon Bell over Ezekiel Elliott. Elliott had 1300 yards and 12 TDs while Bell had the year he had with the Jets. My dad hasn’t allowed me to draft for him since.

Raiders signed the 30 year old for a 6yr 55 million dollar deal. Never heard a more raiders sentence in my life

How the HELL did Sam Bradford only get Honorable Mention?!?!?! That dude produced NOTHING compared to the contracts he was given.

Dan Snyder, Dan Snyder, Dan Snyder, and Brock Osweiler. David Boston still hurts.
My poor San Diego Chargers. _"Always a flower girl, never a bride."_
Sam Bradford was the last #1 pick before rookie contracts were restructured. He fleeced the NFL like no other. His knees were just slightly stronger than Fred Taylor's hamstrings.

I love the intro because it showed a couple of the best free agent signings in NFL history.

*Peyton Manning signs with the Denver Broncos in 2012 (helps them win Super Bowl 50).
*Reggie White signs with the Green Bay Packers in 1993 (helps them win Super Bowl XXX).
*Drew Brees signs with the New Orleans Saints in 2006 (helps them win Super Bowl XLIV).
*Tom Brady signs with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020 (helps them win Super Bowl LV).
*Jerry Rice signs with the Oakland Raiders in 2001 (helps them reach Super Bowl XXXVIII).
*Kurt Warner signs with the Arizona Cardinals in 2005 (helps them reach Super Bowl XLIII).

If it wasn't for Carson Wentz, Foles would've never left Philly
