Not Batman, more like 50 shades of gray

Heating that open space during a Chicago winter ain't cheap

In my opinion, housing market crash is imminent due to the high number of individuals who purchased homes above the asking price despite the low interest rates. These buyers find themselves in precarious situations as housing prices decline, leaving them without any equity. If they become unable to afford their homes, foreclosure becomes a likely outcome. Even attempting to sell would not yield any profits. This scenario is expected to impact a significant number of people, particularly in light of the anticipated surge in layoffs and the rapid increase in the cost of living.

This is one of the coolest spaces you've ever showcased. I love the vibe of this place. It's so unique and the artwork really makes it something special. That 16ft painting is spectacular.

Its less Batman and more supervillain if you ask me. I could see Lex Luther residing here, not Bruce Wayne.

When you consider the function of this house (artists studio, gallery) then it makes more sense to me. Aesthetically this home is beyond words. My only wants in a space like that are more windows and skylights....with the addition of more outdoor spaces. With that said, there are many elements of this house that I love, and would love to incorporate into my own home. It really is stunning.

This should feel cold. Not cold, icy. And it is not. Defys every advice given about how to warm up a space, and gives a feeling of familiarity. Even the light is cold, but it warms up everything. No real windows, but you can breathe. Yes, this is high-end art, without showing and screaming for attention. It is beyond beautiful. It feels coming from a place of being humble but elegant. Thank you, i never thought that a rectangular metal hanger is what i want.

I love that all the rooms have some personality with the artwork. You rarely see any luxury apartments/houses that look like you could actually live there, because they lack personality and look really cold and empty. But this warehouse is amazing

Wow, this is a seriously appealing home/studio. It feels like someone really lives here and that they love it themselves so much. Love the black and white drama of it!

McKinley Park area is chock full of those lofts and old warehouses...i grew up not too far from there but who knew in the 70s those okd buildings would be used for such brilliance !

I like the aesthetic of the Light and the Dark. All the shades of grey that emerge are the product of the eternal struggle between them. It evokes a sense of non-dualality in me.

A bit too dark for me but the editing of this video is insanely good which tricks my brain in liking this property more than I should.

Outdoor space with the vine on the brick is lovely. If they aren’t going to do windows in the primary/guest bedroom they should do a skylight.

SN-I wouldn’t test that carbon monoxide theory. Lol

I love it!!! As an artist and an intuitive empath I could feel that place as much as I could see it and although it seems dark in colour the mood is not, I felt like it was motivating, provocative, very controlled & deliberate & sharp! This must be such a fascinating man! 😊

Amazing design...but I could not live in it. Miss some windows and natural sunlight ^^

The whole house is incredibly soothing, which you don't usually think of with a more surrealistic, industrial space. This house is the greatest testament to the artists gift. His artwork is mind blowing - might not be for everyone but I love modern art. Great tax break for him too with having his work space, office space and gallery there.

Absolutely, bro. The best moments on 4ra are when we all play together and have those epic wins.
