DMF 200|8 - DMG MORI (DE)

Die DMF 200|8 verfährt im Standard mit Eilgängen von bis zu 50 m/min. Mit dem optionalen Linearantrieb in der X-Achse erreicht sie bis zu 80 m/min, so dass sie jederzeit eine dynamische und hochproduktive Zerspanung gewährleistet. Der B-Achs-Fräskopf – sein Klemmmoment liegt bei maximal 6.000 Nm – bietet einen Schwenkbereich von +/- 120° und somit die nötige Flexibilität in der 5-Achs-Bearbeitung. Ein umfangreicher Spindelbaukasten rundet die Ausstattungsvielfalt ab. Im Standard ist eine speedMASTER Spindel mit 15.000 min-1 integriert.

Ernsthaft? Die Basis der Y- und Z-Achse kann sich nur für den Werkzeugwechsel verfahren. So viel Stabilität wird nur fürs Wechseln der Werkzeuge geopfert
