After three days of failure, I was finally able to complete one of these little guys as my first ever crochet project! Perfect for beginners tbh, my slow pace was mostly because I had to spend a lot of time figuring out what the stitches actually were.

I'm excited, and I'm going to have a great time making more of these little guys for my friends.

I've made about ten of these little guys already! Friends keep telling me to make something different but I refuse! They're too cute!
Thank you so much for this tutorial! 😁

I made this with velvet yarn and it's so stinking cute!!! I also tucked all of my tails in while I stitched the top and bottom together. SO fast! Loved it

I’ve been crocheting for a week and managed to make this cute stingray in mint green. The hardest part for me is R1 and R2. I find it so fiddly, I’ve undone my yarn so many times, incredibly frustrating. Thank you for this video tutorial, the end result is very cute

I made this with standard weight yarn and a 4mm hook. It turned out super well! I might use a 3.5 or 3 mm hook for standard weight yarn for anyone else who tries this, but even with the slightly-too big hook I love how it turned out. Thank you so much for the wonderful pattern!

This was in fact actually a quick and super mega-easy pattern, though I would consider myself an intermediate crocheter, I would say this was very beginner-friendly! I love it!

I did a few arugummi pieces which didn’t turned out quite good, but I continued to try but it was hard to keep motivation. This was the first piece which came out nearly perfect and it made me so happy, to keep going. The start was maybe a bit difficult and if it doesn’t look good, just continue !!

Finally! Someone who crochets like me! I loop my yarn from the front instead of from behind too lol! Every video I’ve ever watched loops from behind
