It would be nice to have a little bit less simpering emotion and a wee bit more economics: How does a tug get so much (how much?) power into such a small frame? Why, where and when can't big ships look after themselves? How do big ships hire tugs? How do tugs compete with each other? Does water in fact put out marine fires?
