It is a decent rental property. Thailand still a very difficult country to move too. Many restrictions added seemingly on a yearly basis.

I'm surprised they built a kitchen without an oven or even a basic stove in a freestanding house. I like the colors and glossy tiles in the bathrooms; maybe adding a bathtub in one of them would be a great addition. Seems to be for a small family with one child like Jira mentioned. Very Thai style, less Western preference and due to the location of course you need a car.

As most Thai houses it is not a practical living space. Small bedrooms, no real kitchen, no storage space, where do you put the vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment? Can not park a car inside the gate. Does not seem to have a patio. You can much better places if you are willing to live outside the city.

Do they have flying insects in Thailand? I never see screens in any of the windows the agents open, in any video.
