RIU Touareg in Boa Vista, Cape Verde. #holiday #vacation #travel

This is a mini tour of Hotel Touareg.
A day trip around the island featuring the islands first known village Povoacao Velha.
Sand dunes and sand boarding also featuring the shipwreck from 1968 MS Cabo Santa Maria.
Sal Rei was the next stop on the day trip, followed by Lunch then off to Santa Monica Beach.
We have also shown a short glimps into a romantic meal for two evening, where we had a 3 coarse meal. Sunset, live music and bonfire on the beach to finish the evening.

We were there in 2014 and loved every second.
Highlights for us were the staff, who bent over backwards for us.
Just lovely friendly people.
And don’t set me off on the food!
I think I put a stone on. 😄
Even the main restaurant was outstanding.
Love to return one day. 🇨🇻

It’s pretty place but looks windy like Fuerteaventura in Canary Island Spain 😢
