Hello and thank-you for visiting my channel - Yoga with Kate.

Welcome to Day 17 of Yoganuary. This seventeenth class in the month of January will be a class for your pelvic floor. I’ve had a few requests for this class and hopefully by the end of this class for pelvic floor you’ll understand how to engage the pelvic floor during the yoga exercises. This class is great for improving your wellbeing and great for improving your flexibility.
