i think part2 is tricky in terms of problem description. if there is a string "oneight", we don't know whether we say it's a 1 or 18

You included 'zero' -> 0 but in the problem description only 1 - 9 can be spelled. So there might be a case when it gives wrong answer. Like 25zero should be 25, not 20. Just saying)
