Another great session Michele & Gary. Hats off to John for reminding us that we erroneously see many facets of business as an "EITHER/OR" when they need to be an "AND". Roger Martin makes the same point about Strategy and Prof Colin Mayer of SAID Business School echoes the same notion around Mutuality. It is - and should be - possible for business to lift ALL ships. Leaders like John give us a hopeful way to do just that. Thank you all.

Seriously! He has so many arrogant leaders. Lead with love? Or lead with hate? A lot of employees are being harassed because of profit. He brags about his book, and it's not even being followed. Shame!!!
