Do I still need to have a expungement after I do my diversion or after my diversion I’m free and clear. ? If it’s not on my record after the diversion what’s the sense of me doing a expungement is my question. It sounds like the same thing to me.

I steady paid the diversion program fees-$160. Do I have to pay my other ticket or if I complete the diversion program successfully do I not have to pay the ticket or appear at the court date on my citation

Hey please answer, I completed Diversion for a possession and intoxication charge and the case was dismissed so it would be off my record. Just got a DUI but I finished the diversion as stated before, can the court see that I got in trouble the first time and use that as a means to punish me harder for this DUI? its my second offense, but since I finished diversion, does my first count as a prior?
