I have 3 important questions.
1. i have high blood pressure, are on blood pressure medication. I listened to the one dr that said i must take it at night but ehat if my nlood pressure go up during the day with my heart rate(getting sometimes panic attacks
2. Getting also severe headaches, can it be of drinking to much water
3. Can’t any exercises due to a bakers cyst, severe pain, drunking medication
