Alaris 8100 - Infusion Pump Overview

This video describes the basic and attractive features for the Alaris 8100 LVP Module. The Alaris 8100 Pump Module is used in conjunction with the four other pump modules in the Alaris System. It is the most common because it is used in a variety of settings from the ICU to General Care settings. The Alaris 8100 is a smart pump that will help reduce critical infusion errors. Some of the other features include a safety clamp that helps prevent accidental free flow.

THESE ARE WONDERFUL pumps! I've been on them several times, including in ICU recently when I was on Propofol, Fentanyl, Norepinephrine, and Vasopressin. I was VERY sick, and in critical condition. But, I'm doing better now. These pumps are WONDERFUL though!
