For those confused here is what the bamboo method is:



Step 1: You need to buy a VERY tall and thick bamboo

Step 2: clean the bamboo

Step 3: shove it up your butt all the way till you feel it push your spine upwards,

Doing this will encourage your spine to grow that direction and hence making you taller
