All is good. I don't understand how one can focus separately from each eye. I understand picking the off-camera person's farther eye and focus on that and don't blink and move your focus, but in all the cases I will have to look at the farther eye with both of my eyes. Of course a close-up shot will show clearly an angle that my eyes make. But saying that look with your left eye or right eye is what I don't understand. I am not refuting anyone here. It's a genuine question. Am I the only one who can focus on an object essentially with both of my eyes, when of course both my eyes are open?

You can blink as an actor (almost all the greats do) just dont do it excessively. Of you dont blink at all youll look unhinged
