How to Design a Good Airport Terminal

As passengers, we all have experienced some sort of nightmare at airports. In this video, I explain how terminal layouts can be used to reduce such frictions and which designs work best for what type of airports.

A travel tip - in some instances when purchasing airline tickets some airlines will tell you what terminal a flight comes into and if you have a connecting flight, what terminal it goes out of. I look for this, as it can help with setting expectations regarding making connecting flights.
