I taught myself how to play this song when I was a kid. I had a cheap battery operated Casio keyboard. I had know skills playing a piano I was just board and making random sounds with the keys when suddenly the keys I had hit sounded like a part of Joy to the World. So O kept working at it till I figured out the key strokes fore the first verse. Still blows my mind to this day.

Without showing which fingers to use where, this is not very useful to a beginner. Beginners need to learn how to properly move around an instrument. (As a beginner myself, I don't use these kinds of videos to learn from for this reason.) Bad technique can really mess you up as you start to try to play more complicated pieces on the piano.
