Your website is still in German and I have to utilize Google translate to navigate your site. I cannot believe it is someone job and you advertised it but still cannot update your site.

Your game are abandonware, your website is all over the place and is manly in German and is from like 2008.

You span publicity on social media but no one play your games. Make the games good, pay your employees and maybe I will come and say hi. But for now since you have no customer service I will just find all your social and raise awareness.

Why does the moderator, twice to my requests to transfer me to another higher moderator, tell me to be honest and admit that I violated something?! Hallo, there . Becose of too many bans from the side of one of your community managers, without reasons we need contact to somebody who have the power to stop this things ! I was banned for 45 days for "bot using" without been online 12 days, and without lift a single level 6 mounts from now! I play only from my telephone to atack some enemies and thats it. Its not a problem just to me, but with other players also ...The problem is that whe pay big money for hellstones, and this guy threaten us like dogs ! Pls give us some contact to tell the story!Thanks! ...P.S. Dont tell me to open a ticket to support, its not working. The same community manager who bans with no reason write something and closes the tickets .Nothing changes. In this moment in my account everything is prepaid...I continue waiting for response!
