I will die before going through the torture of ADT. I've lived a good and perhaps long enough life.

After 20 months of ADT, I am now on TRT for 10 months to "high normal range" levels. I have lost the 30 pounds of waist fat I gained on ADT. My strength at gym exercises has recovered almost 40%. I "suspect" that men who were given longer term ADT were unlikely to have recovered their normal testosterone levels, and that is what has caused their shorter lifespan. Check our Dr Thomas Ahlering's clinical results that his patients who went on TRT after surgery were 54% less likely to have recurrences than men who were left to recover their own testosterone naturally.
