Pantone Postcard Challenge, 71-100
Показать описание
Well, before the new year rings in....here I am with the final of my Pantone Challenge 2022.
I started stamping and sharing this Pantone Postcard 2022 Challenge, originally as Shorts, sharing only a few at a time. I thought you would like at little bit at a time....However, I sort of let them fall off my radar. Then I realized it's almost the end of the year and thought, I needed to go full speed ahead with these. So, after deciding that it's now (2022) or never.... here are versions 71-100.
Some of them I love and some of them...not so much. But, that's just the nature of making art. Exploration, discovery and as simple as is sounds...it IS about the journey.
Oh and one more thing...this may or may not be the full 100🙃
I mean........
I THOUGHT I had it all figured out....however, when I count through these in this video....It doesn't add up. ❓ Because, all of my 100 Pantone Postcards are all used up. Did I film them ALL?
I thought so.
So, since it's the 11th hour for my Pantone Challenge 2022 ....literally.⏰
Here is my final edition. It's not perfect....and thankfully, neither am I.

I mostly used StazOn ink and if I did happen to use other dye based ink such as Memento or Oxide Distress ink, I had to dry them with a heat gun. Since these are semi-glossy postcards they need ink that will dry immediately such as StazOn, or a dye based ink that you heat set. I also used Oxide Distress and that definitely needs to be heat set so it doesn't smear. 🔗links below👇
Of course try whatever ink you have, but don't use pigment ink as it has glycerin in it. HOWEVER, I did use VersaFine Claire which is a pigment and it needed to be heat set a good while then finally cured. I would say set those off to the side for about a week. 😉
Basically, just experiment and see what happens.✨
