Yesterday bought Galax RTX3060 Ti PLUS (1-Click OC) 8GB 256Bit GDDR6X RTX 3060Tİ GPU (36ISM6MD4CPC).

I am using the card in stock values (did no do any OC)

When testing in Furmark 1080p, I see in warnings in Gpu Shark as "power limit reached" or "voltage limit reached" or "overvoltage limit reached".

Also after playing game, when looking HWmonitor, even my max temp 68, i see "thermal limit", "power limit", "voltage limit" and "reliable voltage limit" 1 as max value. That is, my gpu reached those limits.

I have cooler master 650w+bronze %80 PSU. i5 12400f etc.

My case cooling is good.

What is the problem? Is my gpu broken one? Should I return it to the store back?

You can get second hand 3070 cheaper than new 3060 (good condition, 20+ months warranty) - that is best choice now imho
