The pace that which international justice brings war crimes to court might be pivotal for future wars. Sending soldiers either to certain death, or a certain war court. No citizen will ever want to invade another sovereign country again. Freedom and democracy to Ukraine and Europe... and all countries on the globe that chooses not to live under oppression.

The Black Sea is international waters. There is absolutely no reason why US navy vessels should not be pouring in through the Bosphorus. That would give Putin reason to reconsider these terrorist attacks on Odessa.
