Nathan, your video was truly full of information. I have a few concerns regarding the reviews. There's a dental clinic in my hometown, which I go to, that offers different kinds of dental services, but when the clinic staff asks for reviews from customers after whatever they did, they say that they can't access their Google Account. As you specified in the video, the clinic has a QR Code, which is very effective and easy to have. Now, if the clinic, in a not-too-pushy way, insists on getting a review, how can they overcome these comments from the customers? Because once left, they will probably not leave one. Has this ever happened to you? Just out of curiosity, I found it interesting that most people say they can't access their Google Account because they don't remember their log-in information or (I don't think it's true) never had a Google Account in the first place.
