It was speculated that Namor was going to be the avatar for K'ulkulcan much like moon knight(and would've been better imo) but this scene was well known ahead of time. The female black panther goddess is there, too (Bhakmet?) .. Namor's people call him that because he saved them and had winged feet, as he was a mutant. I like the avatar thing but they had to introduce mutants at some point.

If u watched wakanda forever closely u'll notice that Namor's people THINK of him to be feathered serpent god because he has feathers in his leg.. that means feathered serpent god existed even before namor.. and this one in Thor 4 is the actual feathered serpent god..
