One really important point to make that they forgot to mention is to remove the SIM & SD carrier. Otherwise, the case won't come off because it's stuck on it and you can damage it!

Thank you, I just replaced mine within 45min taking it slow and easy. Great to continue to use this nearly 4 year old phone for another few years. New battery makes a huge difference and the Poco F1 is still a great phone.

Thanks! Great video... managed to replace mine without a hitch. Do remove the sim/sd carrier first like some mentioned and you'll be fine.
Also use some isopropyl alcohol when trying to pull the battery to loosen up the glue.
