G3 WRX 6 Speed Gearbox Conversion!

In this video we share with you changing out the stock 5 speed transmission to a 6 speed on our G3 WRX project which you may have seen on our socials; Instagram & Facebook - @subieshopau
We used a 6 speed gearbox from a low km Spec B Liberty with a brand new Exedy heavy duty clutch and matched machined flywheel. This was then bolted up with the Spec B rear diff and we used a GD WRX tail shaft in-between to complete the set up.
We also replaced the gearbox knuckle and upper shifter bushes to make her feel brand new when shifting gears on the road!
The result is a very nice driveable and stronger set up to handle our future modifications, fast revving gears and excellent on the highway in 6th.
