It's amazing what we USED to do. I did karate workouts seven says a week. Rode bike 5-20 miles every day. Worked out on weights. Swam. Ran 4.3 miles daily. Now, I'd be happy if I could do one of those things.

Where's the hell? I was waiting... you want to be a combat diver? That's life. It's not hell unless you are faking who you want to be. I loved every bit of it. If it's hell to you, don't try to do it. And 8 minute miles won't get it done. 6 minute miles 2 or less. 5 miles at 6:30 each should be your goal.

400 pull ups nevermind the 400 push ups and 400 dips but 400 pull ups is simply just a lie and to do that workout everyday it’s just not possible maybe Goggins could do it everyday but I think this guy is selling snake oil.

nothing about that exercise at the "gym" needed to be done at the gym lmao.

You could have done your " 8 8 8 " run, done all those push ups, sit ups, pull ups and even then do another mile. all without entering the gym.

What a silly program you made up here. I would recommend this to absolutely no one. There are a million better ways to stay fit
