Hi Tim! I love your homemade lab equipment. I bought my heated stirrer and made my sonicator. I'm a technology teacher for kids 5 to 12 in southern California, USA. I run a STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) camp each summer. One of the projects we did last summer was making our own rechargeable batteries and trying to find better and better materials to carbonize. I'm hooked, and continuing to experiment. Because I work with children, it restricts greatly the type of chemicals and techniques I can use -- but that keeps it quite green as well. One tiny negative comment - the large microphone in the video was a bit distracting - but that's very minor and your sound is miles better than Robert Murray-Smiths! Onward and upward, leo
