We’re pretty sure we just started a new trend, we’re calling it: Netflix-and-chocolate-beeya’d-blueberries. Well actually… it was @maxlugavere who started it in his new cookbook “Genius Kitchen” and Kelly LeVeque who shared it on her IG.

Thanks to both of those two fantastic people, we plan on adding this to our weekend netflix snacks list for forever.

We beeya-fied it, of course, by tossing in a scoop of beeya Phase 2 (though either pase works) into the mix and the result was 💯

Cacao is a superfood, blueberries are a superfood, and seeds are a superfood. So this snack is not only out of this world delicious but also brimming with nutrients your body will be cheering for.

⚠️Warning: DO hide them because if anyone else get their hands on them, they WILL be gone.

CHOCOLATE COVERED BLUEBERRIES by Max Lugavare
Serves: 1
Prep time: 3 minutes + chill time

Ingredients:
✨ ¼ cup (40g) Dark Chocolate, we love a good quality low-sugar kind like Hu Kitchen
✨ ½ cup Fresh blueberries
✨ 1 scoop Beeya, either phase
✨ 1 pinch Sea salt

Steps:
1️⃣ Melt the dark chocolate
2️⃣ Toss in ¾ of 1 scoop of beeya (reserve the rest for sprinkling on top) and stir to combine.
3️⃣ Add the blueberries and gently stir to coat.
4️⃣ Scoop spoonfuls of the chocolate blueberries onto parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt and the remaining seeds.
5️⃣ Chill in the refrigerator until set and enjoy your treat! *note: it’s best if the blueberries are room temp and dry when mixing them into the chocolate!
